Introduction

Welcome to "Telemedicine dot click". This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Tizfai Technologies AB, a sister concern of Kashif & Tausif AB, Sweden ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") for the "Medfai mobile application, including associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation (collectively, the "Application").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Application.


License Grant

Tizfai Technologies AB grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.


License Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright and trademark notices) on any part of the Application.


Your Account

Use of the Application may require an account identifying you as a user (an "Account"). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and password and for all activities that occur under your Account.


Privacy Policy

The Application's use of any personal information (including health-related information) you provide via the Application is governed by the Application's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Application.


User Content

You retain all rights in any content you submit or post to the Application ("User Content"). However, by submitting User Content, you grant the Company a license to use, copy, display, perform, distribute, translate, and create derivative works from your User Content.


No Medical Advice

The Application provides a platform for telemedicine services but does not offer medical advice. All information provided through the Application, including responses from healthcare providers, is for informational purposes only.


Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Company, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application.


Amendments to this Agreement

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this EULA at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.


Governing Law

This EULA will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


Acknowledgment

By installing and using the "Telemedicine dot click" Application, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms.
