Confirmation of Account Deletion
As a user of "Medfai", I hereby request the permanent deletion of my account and all associated data. I understand and acknowledge the following terms related to the deletion of my account:
Irreversible Action: I am aware that account deletion is an irreversible action. Once my account is deleted, I will not be able to access any data, features, or services associated with it.
Data Deletion: I understand that upon deletion of my account, "Medfai" will remove all data associated with my account from their active databases and backups within the specified timeframe as per the Data Deletion Policy.
Retention of Certain Data: I acknowledge that "Medfai" may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes as outlined in the Data Deletion Policy.
No Refund Policy: I understand that if there are any paid services or subscriptions associated with my account, I am not entitled to a refund for the remaining period post-account deletion.
Re-Registration: I am aware that if I wish to use "Medfai" services in the future, I will need to register for a new account.
Final Confirmation: I hereby confirm that I have read and understood the implications of deleting my account and consent to the permanent deletion of my account and all associated data.
